Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Wreemongar Christian Publishing, LLC ("Wreemongar," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply when you access or use www.wreemongarchristianpublishing.com and its related pages, features, and services (collectively, the "Site").

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Website Purpose and Availability

The Site provides information about books, authors, publishing activities, educational content, media, courses, and related services. Certain products may be available through third-party retailers, while other products or services may be offered directly by Wreemongar when expressly stated.

We may update, suspend, withdraw, or change any portion of the Site without notice. We do not guarantee that every feature, title, course, link, or service will remain continuously available.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, audio, downloads, publications, and other content are owned by or licensed to Wreemongar Christian Publishing, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for lawful personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

Accounts and Restricted Areas

Some areas of the Site require an authorized account. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Registration alone does not grant staff, administrator, author, manuscript-upload, or publishing privileges. Restricted permissions are granted separately by Wreemongar. We may suspend or revoke access when reasonably necessary to protect users, content, systems, or legal rights.

Contact Forms and Newsletter

You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us or subscribing to communications. Our public forms may use spam filtering, rate limits, honeypot fields, and Cloudflare Turnstile human verification.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you request email communications concerning books, publishing news, educational material, spiritual-growth content, events, and related updates. You may unsubscribe using an available unsubscribe method or by contacting us.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a publishing, consulting, educational, purchase, agency, employment, or other contractual relationship unless we enter into a separate written agreement.

Third-Party Retailers and Links

The Site may link to Amazon, Books2Read, Draft2Digital-connected stores, or other third-party websites. A retailer link may be provided for convenience and may be measured as an outbound click in our privacy-conscious analytics.

Third-party websites operate under their own prices, terms, privacy policies, availability, payment processes, delivery practices, and refund policies. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases completed on a third-party website are transactions between you and that third party. We are not responsible for a third party's website, security, content, or performance.

Coming Soon Titles and Preorders

A title marked "Coming Soon" is an informational announcement only unless its page expressly displays a preorder option, price, payment terms, estimated release date, and fulfillment details.

Publication dates, formats, covers, descriptions, pricing, and availability for Coming Soon titles may change. If we later accept a paid preorder, the specific preorder terms presented at checkout will govern that transaction, including estimated availability, cancellation, refund, and delivery information.

Orders, Payments, and Digital Products

When the Site expressly offers direct purchasing, the displayed product description, price, currency, format, taxes, shipping charges, and checkout terms will apply. Submission of payment does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We may reject or cancel an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, legal restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide any refund required by applicable law.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another identified payment provider. Payment-card information is handled by the payment provider under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not intentionally store complete payment card numbers on the Site.

Digital products are licensed, not sold, except where the law provides otherwise. Unless expressly permitted, a digital product is for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared, resold, redistributed, publicly posted, or used to defeat technological restrictions.

Refund eligibility is governed by the terms shown at checkout, applicable law, and our Refund Policy .

Author and Manuscript Submissions

General contact forms are not secure manuscript-submission portals. Do not send complete unpublished manuscripts, confidential material, financial information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through a general inquiry form.

Outside authors may upload manuscripts only through a submission feature expressly authorized by Wreemongar. Creating a general account does not grant manuscript-upload access.

A submission does not guarantee review, acceptance, publication, compensation, or confidentiality and does not create an author-publisher relationship. Any publishing arrangement must be documented in a separate written agreement. Authors remain responsible for ensuring that submitted material is original or properly licensed and does not violate another person's rights.

Privacy and Analytics

Our collection and use of information are described in our Privacy Policy . The Site uses privacy-conscious, pseudonymous analytics to measure page activity, book interest, traffic sources, campaign performance, subscriptions, downloads, and outbound retailer clicks. The staff analytics dashboard does not display visitor names, email addresses, raw IP addresses, or browser fingerprints.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all information will always be complete, current, or suitable for every purpose.

Religious, educational, business, health, financial, technological, or other informational content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a substitute for individualized professional advice. You remain responsible for evaluating information and consulting an appropriate qualified professional when necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wreemongar Christian Publishing, LLC and its owners, personnel, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wreemongar Christian Publishing, LLC and its owners, personnel, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person's rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a formal claim, you and Wreemongar agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly. Additional information is available in our Dispute Resolution Policy . Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief available under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site, services, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means the revised Terms apply to your subsequent use.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the agreement governing use of the Site, except where a separate written agreement or checkout term expressly applies.
