When authors upload manuscripts or optional cover concepts through our submission portal, the files are processed by Cloudmersive, a third-party security provider, for automated malware and virus detection. This screening occurs before files are made available for administrative review.

Uploaded files may be securely transmitted to Cloudmersive solely for security analysis. Wreemongar Christian Publishing does not authorize the submitted content to be used for advertising, artificial intelligence training, publication, or any purpose unrelated to security screening and evaluation of the submission.

Files that fail security screening may be blocked from submission, rejected, quarantined, or removed to protect our systems and users.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
