Books and Physical Products

We offer a 30-day refund policy for physical books and products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in original condition.

Digital Products and Courses

Digital products and course enrollments have a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. This applies only if you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide the reason for your refund request
  3. We will process your request within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Courses with more than 25% content accessed
  • Damaged or heavily used products
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
